- For safety: Immediate if site conditions pose unacceptable risk

- Non-payment of invoices
- Denial of site access
- Failure to cooperate with safety protocols

12.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Client must pay for work completed and materials ordered
- We will return the client’s property and materials
- Confidentiality obligations continue
- Warranties and indemnifications survive termination
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Good Faith Negotiations
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to:
